1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by your subscription type:

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Monthly subscriptions after the billing date
- Annual subscriptions after 30 days from purchase date
- Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
- Custom or one-time configured solutions
- Usage-based charges already incurred
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with:
- Your registered email address
- Account ID or associated domain
- Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
4. Special Circumstances
We handle certain situations with flexibility:
Service Outages
If ClawVPS experiences extended downtime (over 24 hours), affected users may receive service credits rather than refunds.
Technical Issues
If a service doesn't function as described and our team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, you're eligible for a full refund.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your eligibility.
