Users remain responsible for their own data backup practices and security configurations within their VPS instances. We recommend regularly backing up any important data stored on your instance.
3. AI Model Behavior
ClawVPS provides infrastructure for running OpenClaw AI assistants. The outputs, responses, and behavior of AI models running on user instances are generated by third-party AI providers and are beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of any AI-generated output from instances hosted on our platform.
Note: Users are solely responsible for how they configure and use AI agents on their instances, including compliance with applicable laws and terms of service of AI providers.
