1.3 AI Agent Data
When you use ClawVPS to host AI agents, we process your agent configurations, interaction content, and session metadata. You retain full ownership of all data processed by your AI agents. We do not use your AI agent content for training purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provision and improve our services, process transactions, provide customer support, and communicate service-related notices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share information with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, cloud infrastructure for hosting, email services for transactional emails) who are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, regular security audits, access controls, and network firewalls. While we implement robust measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years per financial regulatory requirements. Usage logs are retained for 90 days.
6. Your Rights

7. International Transfers
ClawVPS is operated from India. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements.
8. Children's Privacy
